Suitable for making Hefeweizen, Kristal Weizen, Dunkel Weizen, etc.

Attenuation: Medium (70-75%)

Flocculation: (low)

Instructions for use: Use: Pour the contents directly onto up to 23 l of wort. For best results, ferment at 18-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F).
