A top-fermenting ale yeast suitable for brewing a variety of hoppy and distinctive style beers. This strain produces light, smooth fruity esters and helps bring out the malt character.

Suitable for both English and American pale ales, extra special bitters, golden ales, etc.

Attenuation: High (74-78%)

Flocculation: High

Instructions for use: Pour directly onto up to 23 l of wort. For best results, ferment at 18-23 degrees C (64-73 degrees F).
