Motueka, called Belgian Saaz or B Saaz, is New Zealand's main hop. Derived from Saaz and an unnamed New Zealand breed.
This is a great dual purpose hop with an interesting fruity aroma with fresh tropical and citrus notes. Hops can be used at any stage of the brewing process and are perfect for sweet, malty and fruity beers.
