Dextrose (Glucose) - Brewer's Sugar
Dextrose is used in various brewing processes, from increasing gravity to carbonation. It is the most fermentable sugar in brewing, and it does not impart off-flavors. It is also suitable for making kombucha. Sweetness compared to sucrose (100) = 74.3.
