Dextose tablets for beverage carbonation

Pressed dextrose tablets weighing about 1.5 g. Unlike most competing products, these tablets do not contain sucrose, which causes undesirable higher alcohols in beer. The tablets are used during secondary fermentation - saturating bottles with carbon dioxide.
