American Pale Ale (APA) with American Talus hops. SMASH is an abbreviation for Single Malt And Single Hop. It is a single malt and single hop beer. Formerly known as HBC 692, the newly named Talus is an aromatic hop for use in late-brew and dry hopping. It provides an intense hop aroma that is perfect for IPAs and other hop-heavy beers. Talus hops feature grapefruit, floral, stone fruit, potpourri, wood, cream, pine and resin notes.
