A Mexican lager is an exceptionally light, pale and "crisp" beer, designed for maximum refreshment on a hot day. The corn used in its production gives it a specific, mildly sweet aftertaste and helps maintain a very pale color and a dry body. It is an extremely clean-tasting drink with minimal hop bitterness, traditionally served very cold. Fermentation temperature 10 - 13°C.
