M21 Belgian White
A traditional top-fermenting yeast with a good balance between fruity esters and warming spice phenolics. The yeast leaves a slight sweetness and if left long enough, turns light in color.
Suitable for making Witbier, Grand Cru, spiced beer and other special beers.
Attenuation: High (70-75%)
Flocculation: Low
Instructions for use: Pour directly onto up to 23 l of wort. For best results, ferment at 18-25 degrees C (64-77 degrees F).
Storage recommendations: Store in the refrigerator.
