Dry brewer's yeast - Mangrove Jack M21 Belgian Wit
A traditional top-fermenting yeast with a good balance between fruity esters and warming spice phenolics. The yeast leaves a slight sweetness and if left long enough, turns light in color.
Suitable for making Witbier, Grand Cru, spiced beer and other special beers.
Attenuation: High (70-75%)
Flocculation: Low
Instructions for use: Pour directly onto up to 23l of wort. You will achieve the best results by fermenting at a temperature of 18-25C.
Storage recommendations: Store in the refrigerator.
