Chit Barley Malt Flakes retain many of the properties of raw barley and are used to improve foam stability and balance high solubility malts. Gives beer a rich, dry grainy flavor and is mainly used to make stouts. This malt improves foam formation and stability. Used for all beer styles up to 30%.
