Clean, with a subtle biscuit malt character and soft fruity notes.
Round malt character, balanced bitterness and a mild hop aftertaste.

ABV about 4.4%
Bitterness: IBU 27-33
Color: Light gold
Yeast: Brewer's yeast

Ingredients:
malt extract (barley), hops, dried brewer's yeast, hop extract.

This kit also requires:
1kg dextrose or 1kg beer improver (liquid malt extract can also be used). Carbonation sugar required for bottling: 5g per litre. or carbonation drops (dextrose tablets)
