Fortunately for beer lovers, one of the secrets passed down by members of the Cooper family is the recipe for Amber Ale. A rich deep copper colored, medium weight Ale with a biscuity malt flavor balanced by caramel sweetness and nutty flavors with citrus hop notes. Definitely a secret worth sharing.
