You may be surprised, but Thomas Cooper was not only a brewer, but also a lay preacher. All this was higher than on board. In the mid-20th century, Methodists praised brewing as an honorable craft that "furnishes the working man with a good, wholesome malt drink."

Today, the prayers of working people are answered with this Belgian-style wheat beer. It is a light cloudy golden beer with a soft texture, aromas of bananas and cloves, a soft creamy white foam and a fresh sour taste.
