SafAle BE-256 Yeast
Brewer's yeast for strong beer. Active dry brewer's yeast recommended for fermentation of various types of Belgian-style beers, such as Abbey-style beers, famous for their fruitiness and high alcohol content. They ferment very quickly and reveal strong fermentation aromas. In order to maintain the same aroma at the end of fermentation, we recommend removing this yeast as soon as possible after fermentation.
