"Idaho 7" is an aromatic hop, typically used only at the end of the boil, including dry hopping.
"Idaho 7" hops are known for juicy tropical fruit and citrus aromas (apricot, orange, red grapefruit, papaya) with prominent resinous pine notes and hints of floral and black tea. "Idaho 7" is suitable for use as a single hop or as a late addition. Due to its high oil content, this hop is ideal for dry hopping.
