It provides the spicy and fruity aroma typical of German wheat beer styles. LalBrew Munich Classic™ produces more esters and phenolics compared to traditional Belgian wheat beer strains such as LalBrew Wit™. LalBrew Munich Classic™ has a robust and consistent performance, making it an excellent choice for a variety of traditional wheat beer styles. LalBrew Munich Classic™ produces styles such as Hefeweizen, Weissbier, Dunkelweizen and Weizenbock.
