"Lallemand Servomyces" – biological nutrients for yeast. Promotes the absorption of minerals and nutrients, accelerates fermentation, improves yeast viability, sedimentation, and sugar consumption. Reduces sulfur compound flavors and diacetyl levels, ensuring healthier fermentation. Complies with Reinheitsgebot requirements. Usage: 1 capsule (270 mg) for 4–26 liters of wort, added 10 min before the end of boiling. These nutrients can also be poured directly into the fermenter (if not boiling), after opening the protective capsule.
