Nectaron is an aromatic hop that is usually used only at the end of cooking, including dry hopping. "Nectaron" has an intense aroma of tropical fruits and citrus fruits. This hop variety was first bred in 2004, expanded in 2016-2017. and finally commercially released in 2020. New Zealand hops are harvested in late February or March and continue until early April.
