M42 New World Strong Ale Brewing Yeast

A top-fermenting ale strain suitable for the production of many types of beer of various strengths. Ferments with a neutral profile to bring out the full malt and hop character in every beer.

Suitable for IPAs, Porters, Russian Imperial Stouts and more.

Attenuation: High (77-82%)

Flocculation: Very high

Instructions for use: Method of use: directly sprinkle up to 23 l of wort. For best results, ferment at 16-22 degrees C (61-72 degrees F).
