Hothead®, a highly flocculating strain of Norwegian beer (kveik), has an astonishingly wide temperature range with little change in taste. Clean enough to suit both American and English styles, it has a unique aroma of honey and overripe mango. Complements modern, fruity hops. Temperature control is not required for this strain. Non-phenolic and does not fuse, even at higher temperatures.
