OYL-200 Tropical IPA - alaus mielės
A unique strain of Saccharomyces that provides mild, savory, tropical fruit characteristics of mango and pineapple with a clean taste. Try higher fermentation temperatures to bring out the tropical aromas. It does not flocculate persistently, but the results are worth the effort.
The STA1 gene of this strain - Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. diastaticus indicator - the tests are positive, it can ferment dextrins, so the attenuation is very high.
