PRODUCTION PROCESS
The highest quality European malting barley is modified at our Gembloux malt house in Belgium to produce a robust light base malt. It is slightly less modified than our Pale Ale Malt, providing ideal protein levels for foam formation and strong enzymatic activity for good attenuation.
