Recommended Cleaners:

Saniclean - Minimum 5 minutes contact time. Remember to reverse the flow direction back and forth to achieve the deepest cleaning possible. Rinse with water at the same temperature.

We always recommend recirculating Red Reaper for the last 15 minutes of boiling to sanitize it before pouring cold water into the chiller.
