SafBrew™ DA-16 is a powerful solution (composed of active dry yeast and enzymes) for the production of very dry and aromatic beers, especially fruity and hoppy beers such as Brut IPA. SafBrew™ DA-16 This product is also suitable for beers with very high initial wort density, allowing up to 16% alcohol by volume.

Usage:

Dosage and temperature: The recommended dosage is 100–160 g/hl, the optimal fermentation temperature is 20–32 °C.

Ways of use:
- Direct addition: Add the yeast directly to the fermentation vessel at a temperature of 25-35°C.
- Pre-rehydration: Rehydrate the yeast in 10 times its volume of water or wort at a temperature of 25-37 °C. Leave for 15 minutes, mix gently and pour into the fermentation vessel.
