Belgian candy sugar syrup

The original brown candy sugar used by many Belgian breweries. Especially in the production of Dubels and Tripels. Adds a unique flavor to beer. Also great for making wines, liqueurs and cakes or making your own currant syrup.

Belgian confectioner's sugar is invert (sucrose broken down into fructose and glucose). Color: 190 - 220 EBC.
