Belgian Candi Sugar

Original candi sugar used in many Belgian breweries. It gives beer a unique taste. Most commonly used in the production of Tripels and other strong Belgian ales. It is also very suitable for wines, liqueurs, confectionery, or for making elderberry syrup.

Belgian candi sugar is inverted (sucrose broken down into fructose and glucose).
