Can and bottle filler

This can and bottle filler is ideal for cans, bottles or even glasses. Using two adjustable stainless steel tubes, one is used to purge oxygen from the container, while the second is used to fill the container to a precise level based on an internal pressure sensor.

Features

OLED digital display
The OLED display makes calibration extremely easy. It also tracks fill speed, number of cycles/fills, purge time, fill height, and allows for instant adjustment of fill requirements for convenient changes during fill.

Integrated ball lock connections allow for quick connection of beer and gas ball lock connections. We recommend using Duotight Ball Lock gas and liquid gas and liquid disconnects connected to these input and output connections.

Integrated regulator
Other filling machines require an external regulator that can reduce the pressure below the normal keg discharge pressure. Unlike these other filling machines, this filling machine has an integrated regulator, saving you time and installation costs. This integrated regulator means you won’t damage the machine by accidentally connecting it to a high-pressure gas source. You can connect your gas line without using another external regulator or messing with your gas supply at all. Just set the integrated regulator once during setup and forget about it.

Multifunctional
Thanks to the long stainless steel tubes and adjustable height, this device can be used for almost all bottles up to 30 cm high or cans up to 27 cm high. It can also be used for still or carbonated drinks. This device is therefore useful for wine bottles, beer cans, champagne, crown-seal bottles and almost all other bottles, cans and/or containers with a neck opening larger than 15 mm. It can also be used to fill glasses, jars or other containers.

Connecting to RAPT.io (via Wifi)

Also suitable for small manufacturing companies.

In addition to all the features listed above, this filler connects to Wifi and monitors cans per minute (CPM), fill speed, and even temperature (if you purchase an external probe separately). It logs all usage information so you can monitor how your machine is performing, or even monitor your employees to make sure they are cycling the machine at an acceptable rate. Connecting to the RAPT.io portal will make it easier to change settings, update profiles, and track fill days so you can historically track how your fill day went and which day you processed each batch.

Wall-mounted design

This type of can and bottle filler is primarily designed for wall mounting. This allows the can or bottle to be pulled into the filling device from the bottom of the unit. To mount this unit on a wall, you can download and print this template.
