Five Star company's specially developed coagulant for home brewers. Designed to quickly precipitate proteins and reduce beer turbidity. Dosage: up to 2g/10 liters

Instructions: Mix with cold water or chilled wort and stir for 30 seconds. Add this mixture 10 minutes before the end of the boil, stirring.
