Triskel, developed in France in 2006, is a hybrid of the French Strisselspalt hop and the English Yeoman variety. Triskel is perfect for late or dry hopping due to its excellent aromatic properties, providing a pleasant and well-balanced bitterness. It is very suitable for Belgian-style or lighter ales, with an elegant combination of floral and subtle fruity and citrus notes.
