in 2006 Developed in France, Triskel is a hybrid of the French Strisselspalt hop and the English Yeoman variety. Triskel is perfect for late or dry bottling due to its excellent aromatic properties, providing a pleasant and well-balanced bitterness. Very suitable for Belgian-style or lighter ales, it has an elegant combination of flowers and subtle fruit and citrus notes.
