Vienna Malt
PRODUCTION PROCESS
Vienna malt is produced in a similar way to Pilsner malt, but the kilning temperature is slightly higher to enhance the aroma and color.
TYPICAL PROFILE
10–12 EBC. Rich, aromatic malt that will give the beer a darker color and fuller flavor.

European golden lagers, Pilsner-style lagers, Vienna-style beers.
