Hefeweizen is a traditional Bavarian wheat beer brewed with at least 50% wheat malt and yeast, which creates a distinctive aroma of cloves and bananas. The binding is very small, so the beer has the most pronounced wheat, Pilsner malt and bread flavors.

We recommend adding 5-10% of rice husks to the salting.
