Homemade wine making kit from garden fruits (can also be made from juice) 25L

The kit includes:

Enzyme – Breaks down fruit cell walls to release fruit juices. The enzyme also improves color, clarity and taste. The same enzyme is used in commercial wines and juices – a completely safe, natural enzyme derived from microorganisms that break down plant matter.

Bentonite – Helps to clarify and stabilize wine by removing sediment formed during fermentation. Without it, the wine would remain cloudy. It also removes unwanted proteins to keep the wine stable for longer.

Wine yeast and nutrients – Yeast converts all sugar (fruit and white) into alcohol. Nutrients help the yeast to work. The type of wine yeast is very important – it determines the final taste and aroma of the wine. Regular baking yeast is not suitable as it does not allow for a sufficient alcohol content.

Citric acid – Added to the finished wine if it is not acidic enough. Helps balance the taste and gives the wine freshness.

Stabilizer – Prevents the wine from re-fermenting after the fermentation is complete (added only after fermentation).

Finings (2 types) – Used to clarify and clean the wine from cloudiness.
