Biersol - beer clarifier

"Biersol" is a beer fining agent. It is a liquid preparation whose main ingredient is silica gel .

This gel acts as a flocculant , meaning it binds the turbidity (proteins, yeast, hop particles) in the beer and helps them settle to the bottom. This allows for clearer beer in a shorter time.
Dosage: Dosage: 3-5 ml/10 liters. Add at the end of the brewing process. Can also be used as a clarifier in young beer. Do not store at sub-zero temperatures!
